Get Greener with Your Juices

These are some of the recipes we had at the Spring Clean Retreat for our daily green juice. You can experiment and adjust the quantities according to your taste.

Saturday’s Juice:

‘ZINGER’

Handful Spinach or swiss chard

3 leaves mint

4 leaves basil

4 strawberries

1/2 carrot washed, peeled and cut into chunks

1/4 avocado

1 tsp cinnamon

filtered water or unsweetened almond milk

Monday’s Juice:

‘PAPAYA PASSION’

1/4 papaya (or melon if you don’t have papaya)

heaped tsp of Goji berries

10cm celery

Handful spinach

Juice from 1/2 lime
