Cucumber and hummus?
No, it's not cucumber. It’s broccoli stalks.

I dare you to! Next time you have broccoli instead of throwing away the stalk do this:
Peel off the tough outer layer of the stalk.
Chop the inner into tasty batons.
Eat as they are or use with a tasty dip.
