Five Day Green Juice #MINIRESET

This minireset (I am going to do a series over the next few weeks) is a green juice reset. I say juice, but I prefer to use a blender so if we're being technical about it, it's a green smoothie reset. I'm just not a big fan of the word smoothie.
Anyway, having a daily green juice/smoothie/blend or whatever you want to call it does wonders for your overall health. Keep it up and you will see genuine improvements in your skin tone and vibrancy. It delivers so much goodness - I'm not saying it allows for all other choices of food throughout your day, but it certainly is a good start point. You might find that getting into the habit of your daily green juice will help inspire you with your other meals too.

Day 1 - Green Bonanza

Handful Kale

¼ avocado

1 kiwi

6cm cucumber

juice of ½ lime

½ celery stalk

filtered water

tsp chia seeds for décor…

Day 2 - Apple Power

1 apple

½ kiwi

¼ avocado

1cm ginger

juice of ½ lime

handful spinach

½ tsp cinnamon powder

filtered water

2 ice cubes

Day 3 - Undercover kale

Large handul Kale

8 leaves parsley

½ kiwi

½ banana

½ apple

squeeze of lime

6 cashews

 

 

Day 4 - Berry Healthy

Handful blueberries (or berries of your choice)

Handful Spinach

5 cm courgette

5 cm cucumber

1tsp cinnamon

2 leaves mint

chia seeds

filtered water

 

Day 5 - Kale Classic

Handful Kale

Juice of ¼ lemon

½ kiwi

6 almonds

1/3 avocado

1cm ginger

chia seeds
