If you don't currently do any exercise it can seem a little daunting to know where to start. Even if you've just taken a break, doing sports and activities can seem like a chore. However, the great thing about exercise is that the minute you start doing it, it makes you feel good and incentivises you to keep doing it.
So the important thing is to just get out there and get started.
There are hundreds of sports, group or individual to try. Perhaps you've not found the right one for you yet. Why not give something new a try? Or something you enjoyed as a kid?
