I did the Classic Reset which consisted of daily mindfulness, fitness classes, a nutrition consultation and massage. And all the delicious food. I’d not done any meditation before but Jess was very easy to follow and all the sessions were enjoyable, even though I found it a bit difficult to stop my mind from wandering back to thinking about work and home. I loved the hiking, especially the mindful walk Jess took us on. It’s inspired me to continue mindful practice at home and really felt like a 'reset' of my mind and health. Such a great experience.
