For 20 minutes a day, starting from Monday 26th October, you will be guided through techniques used by leading psychologists that help relieve daily stress and anxiety.  

Psychotherapist and mindfulness coach Jess Bigogno will be your guide.

Many of us are suffering from additional stress right now in ways that we have not experienced before.  

Stress can affect our mental wellbeing without us realising.  

Be guided through practices that help to counteract these effects so that you begin to feel better. 

You will be provided with some psychological tools that you can access in specific situations; such as when you are feeling emotionally triggered or are struggling to sleep.  

This guide allows for flexible learning: Jess will be appearing live each morning to guide you through the tools and practices. Choose to join live or simply re-access the videos at a time of the day that works for you via a Facebook group.

You can post questions in the group and you will also have the support of the other members who are going through similar challenges.

Hi, I’m Jess. I’m a psychotherapist and mindfulness coach. I’ve created this guide to help as many people as possible who are suffering from stress right now.

We’ve all undergone a lot of change this year. It has been a big shock. Life as we knew it hasn’t yet returned. The uncertainly we are living in is causing a variety of stress or anxiety related symptoms. 

For me personally this manifested in some very physical symptoms over the past few months. A tightness in the chest which (several Covid tests later) has shown to have no medical basis. Also I find I am having more general worry and thoughts about the future. 

I am therefore more grateful than ever that I have some extremely effective tools and practices for managing stress and anxiety. These are tools that I have been using for several years, not only in my professional life but in my personal life too. 

It means that I’m able to recognise and understand my symptoms and release myself from their grip, helping me to feel a sense of calm within the storm.

I am looking forward to sharing some of these tools with you during Lighten Your Mind.
