For five days starting Monday 19th October, join me in making and enjoying a delicious, nutritious daily green smoothie.

No need to change anything else in your life, we’re just going to be adding in one simple healthy habit.

You’ll need to allocate just 10-15 minutes a day.

We’ll be doing this in a group as it’s always easier and more fun to make changes together.

We’ll also have a five minute ‘Daily Smoothie Chat’ where I’ll answer FAQs and give some healthy motivation.

This course is designed to make healthy choices a part of your daily life.

If have a blender at the back of the cupboard gathering dust then this course is for you.

It is for those who want to be healthier and are aware of the benefits but have either got out of the habit of making green smoothies, or have never done it consistently.
