When we are stressed or upset we tend to get self critical. Or even self pitying. This makes us more stuck and can lead us into a negative spiral.
In this week’s session we learn how to combine mindfulness and self compassion as an antidote to this process. How to catch ourselves before going into the spiral so that we can move through challenging experiences with more ease.
We’ll also be doing an Instant Calm meditation and a longer guided meditation at the end of the session.
