I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get back their life on track and wants to focus on areas that they have been neglecting!

The course gave me a very useful framework and plenty of information on how to incorporate healthy habits into one's life, but besides that, Rachel gave me the 'kick' to finally get started with those things and she accompanied and led us through our baby steps. Now it's on us to continue with our action plans and I feel confident that I will be able to go on: I've already had my first smaller but also real big breakthroughs during the course and I feel that I have the energy to push it further!
