I took Rachel's course for fun more so than because I felt like it was something I needed. However, I quickly realized just how much I did, in fact, need to reset. Rachel posed important questions and prompts to help guide you through realizing what it is you'd like to change in your life, and in a way that wasn't intimidating. She made herself very accessible and gave personalized advice throughout the course. I've managed to create some new routines and feel excited about what else I'm capable of.
